Shipping Policy

We offer free same-day shipping across Turkey. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

How to Check Order Status

You will receive an email with a tracking number to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become visible. Contact us at info@littlemonstershop.com if your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation.

Return Policy

You have 14 days to request a return, with items needing to be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging. To initiate a return, contact info@littlemonstershop.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For more details, visit Little Monsters Shop.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return requested will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
